Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order you place on avelunexa.com. Please read them with our returns and refunds, delivery and privacy pages.

About us

AVELUNEXA (avelunexa.com) is an online shop for adults in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at orders@avelunexa.com.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

Our products

We describe each product as accurately as we can, using the information available to us. Product photographs are for illustration; colours can look slightly different on different screens. Our products are adult products for personal use. They are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom is free. You pay when you place your order, by PayPal or by debit or credit card through PayPal’s secure checkout. If we find that a product has been listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund; we will tell you by email.

How a contract is made

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm that we have received it by email, but a contract between us is made only when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Unless we tell you otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the day we confirm it. The goods are yours, and at your risk, once they are delivered to you.

Your right to cancel and to return goods

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receiving them, and the law also gives you the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. The conditions, the exception for sealed hygiene products and how to send something back are explained on our returns and refunds page.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If something you buy is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us at orders@avelunexa.com with your order number and, if you can, a photograph, and we will put it right.

Using our products safely

Read the care and safety notes on the product page before first use. Clean a product before and after each use and use only the lubricants suited to its material. Stop using a product if it causes discomfort or pain. For anything that involves restraint, gags or hoods, follow the safety advice on the product page and in our guides.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure that is caused by something we could not reasonably control, such as a courier or postal delay, severe weather or an interruption to our supplier. If this happens we will tell you and you may cancel an affected order for a refund.

Our website and your information

The content of this website, including text, photographs and the AVELUNEXA name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our permission. How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

General

We may change these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
