Nipple clamps grip the nipples to create a steady, adjustable pressure that heightens sensitivity. They range from gentle, adjustable clamps for beginners to firmer designs for experienced players, and many pairs are joined by a chain that adds a playful tug when it moves.
Common types
Screw clamps: a small screw sets the pressure precisely, from a light pinch to a firm holdTweezer clamps: a sliding ring adjusts how tightly the tips closeClover clamps: they tighten when the chain is pulled, so they suit experienced usersChained or separate: a chain links the pair for tugging, or the clamps can be worn on their own
How to use nipple clamps safely
Begin with the clamp at its loosest setting and tighten slowly until the pressure feels firm but not painful. Wear clamps for 10 to 15 minutes at most at first. Release them slowly, because the blood returning to the area can feel more intense than the clamp itself. Do not use them on broken, irritated or very sensitive skin, and never pull hard on a chain.
Agree the basics first
Talk about boundaries and a safe word before you start, and check in with each other often. Clean clamps with warm soapy water or a toy cleaner after use and dry them fully to protect the finish.
