A cock ring, also called a penis ring, sits around the base of the penis, or around the penis and testicles, and gently slows the flow of blood out of an erection. Metal rings are rigid and polished. They do not stretch, so the size has to be right, and they suit people with some experience. How to find your size
Measure around the base of the penis with a soft tape or a piece of string, then divide by 3.14 to get the diameter. Using a cock ring safely
Use plenty of water-based lubricant, never wear a ring for more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time and never fall asleep wearing one. Remove it straight away if you feel pain, numbness or coldness, or notice discolouration. If a ring becomes stuck, seek medical help rather than forcing it off.
