Do I have to be 18 to buy?
Yes. This website is for adults aged 18 or over.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, and delivery is free on every order. See our delivery information.
How can I pay?
By PayPal, or by debit or credit card through PayPal’s secure checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. We never see or store your full card number.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
We email you a confirmation when you order, and another with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the supplier and the courier route, and we email you if we expect a delay. Unless we agree a later date with you, we deliver within 30 days of confirming your order.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unopened and unused with any hygiene seal intact. You also have the legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days. Full details are on our returns and refunds page.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Email us with your order number and a photograph, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your legal rights are explained on the returns page.
How do I look after a product?
Each product page has care notes, and each category page has a guide to choosing and using that type of product. As a rule, clean a product before and after use with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, keep chargers and buttons dry and store each product on its own.
Is the information on your website medical advice?
No. We sell adult products and share general product information. For medical questions, please speak to a doctor or a pharmacist.
How is my personal information used?
Only to take and deliver your order and to look after it afterwards. Read our privacy policy for the detail.
